Bac Ha - Corn Puff Process

We came upon a man on the street piling pieces of corn into this odd looking machine which pops the corn to create puffs like Cheetos. If these were marketed in the United States they would sell like hot cakes because they taste great and are comprised of pure corn with no ingredients or oil used during the 'Puff Process'.
